During the opening ceremony of three exhibitions under the common title Winter in Spa we will present the works of the artist Patrik Haabel in the spectacular exhibition Journey to the Distant Horoland in the Pool and Sub-basin Hall. His expressive scroll paintings will be presented as a cross-section of his work to date. The Graphic Cabinet will be filled with restored sculptures from OGL's collections in the exhibition Centuries in Spite of the Centuries, and the 1PP Gallery will feature original vases by the important Czech artist Jiří David under the title Dangerous Vases.

Internationally acclaimed clarinetist Irvin Venyš, winner of the prestigious Prague Spring competition, will perform at the opening. Admission to the opening is free.
