From the beginning of August, the Berlin textile artist and weaver Andrea Milde will be a guest in the textile village of Großschönau. In the course of this, she will also offer a tapestry workshop for beginners. The focus here is on the art of creating a woven picture on the loom. Andrea Milde cordially invites you to get to know the basics and essential techniques of this fascinating cultural technique and to try it out for yourself. At the end of the workshop you will be able to take home a small self-made fabric.

The course will be held in German.

Course times: Friday 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m
