Jaroslav Egert, author of the book Breweries of the Bohemian Paradise, will visit Svijany Castle again after a year with his popular lecture of the same name.The topic of last year's lecture was the history and present of the Svijany and Rohozec breweries. This time we will focus on other breweries from the Bohemian Paradise region - Turnov brewery and Pivovar Hrubá Skála. The lecture is based on Jaroslav Egert's book mapping a total of 13 Bohemian Paradise breweries and the fate of people associated with their operation.
