About the exhibition:This exhibition project is based on the legendary "Book about the Jizera Mountains" by Miloslav Nevrlý, dedicated to his working life in the North Bohemian Museum in Liberec, where he headed the natural history department. The book, first published in 1976 with illustrations by Milan Janáček, has become a model for the popularisation of local history literature. The exhibition project focuses on selected chapters from the book and combines audio-visual elements with artworks, facts, natural history, photographs and models presenting the Jizera Mountains. The exhibition is the result of a collaboration with artist Richard Loskot and photographer Jiří Dvořák.
