Welcome to a geological hike! Over a series of stops we would like to introduce you to the st one which is used so often in Liberec that it has shaped the unique character of this city. On our walk together you will see places where granite was quarried, where it was used as a building material and where it was transformed into art.
This walking tour will take you through the beautiful historical quarter "Zahradní město" ("garden city") which was built at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century for the local elite. It is approximately 4 km long and is planned to last 1-2 hours. The individual stops can be accessed online (coordinates, description, videos), and a map of the entire tour can be downloaded in advance.
