55 years on the country music scene. This show will be played by a band with banjo player Petr Vosta, singer Jakub Bily. These are the younger contemporary Pilgrims. The older contemporaries are Jan Máca, mandolin and vocals, and Jiří Pola - Karas, electric bass player, singer and bandleader. The band has released 16 CDs or LPs during its activity, the last one was produced by the band itself and is called " Shíny na střechách." The only exception in terms of longevity is the opening song, after which the record takes its name. The lyrics to most of the new songs were written by the lyricist from Trutnov - David Konopáč Also in 2025, the group will try to play as many performances as possible, both in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia or in another foreign country. The programme of the pilgrimage celebration performance is made up of songs from the aforementioned CD. But mainly from poutnic hits such as the songs Panenka, Pojďme se napít or Hotel Hillary and many others written for the band by its former member Robert Křesťan and current bandleader Jiří Pola. Many of these songs can be said to have become popular in our country.And these will be waiting for you during the concert of Poutníky called "55 years on the country scene."
