For his first short animated film My Baby Left Me, he was awarded the Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival in 1995. His interactive animated film Das Anatomische Theater won the MIFA Award for Best Interactive Project at Annecy in 1999. Another film, this time the animated feature The Collector Ruben Brandt (2018), premiered at the Locarno Film Festival and was also screened in the Anifilm International Competition. And over the years, Milorad Krstić has won many other international awards.
The exhibition in the Graphic Cabinet will present selected drawings, sketches and other graphic works.

Slovenian-born Milorad Krstić, based in Budapest since 1989, has been working in the visual arts through painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, set design, documentary and animation films. He is also the author of picture books and comics for children.
