Summer Yoga and Dance Classes: I focus on more styles and gradually convey them in my yoga classes, either by desire, physical condition or thematic. As needed, I focus on the parts of the body that students need to strengthen, stretch, and relax. Favorite Styles: Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Fusion, Dance, Interval. Tribal fusion dance.
