Other spaces in the gallery will present the broader context of Baier's work - abstract geometric works linking the aesthetic plane with philosophical and mathematical inspiration, installations relating to the four main elements, sound works and playful kinetic works.
Josef Baier (1951), a prominent Austrian author of monumental works for public space, will present his kinetic-sound installation Hörkurven (2017) in the pool hall of the Regional Gallery Liberec, in which precisely tuned sound tubes resound with swinging pendulums. The sound composition is intertwined with a visual sensation - the undulating path of the moving pendulums.
