The aim of this exhibition is to present interesting stories related to the different apple varieties. The apples will be displayed in different parts of the botanical garden and some varieties will be available for tasting. We have prepared a showcase of 60 historical, market and newly bred varieties. The exhibition also includes an accompanying programme. The second block will be devoted to a guided tasting of 20 types of apples. A mix of established varieties that you know from the stores awaits you. Historical varieties, but above all exclusive novelties from the breeding station of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in Střížovice. These are currently undergoing a demanding evaluation and approval process. You therefore have an unrepeatable opportunity to meet these novelty samples. Gardening advice Ing.
