"The smallest world festival in the world"
The event will traditionally take place at the baroque summer palace Valdštejnská lodžie and its surrounding area. The program will feature Czech and international music projects, theater performances, and activities for children. A special highlight of this year’s edition will be a project focused on Jewish culture.
The LODŽIE WORLDFEST festival continues the tradition of the GRABŠTEJN WORLD FEST, which was held for twelve years at Grabštejn Castle near Hrádek nad Nisou.
In 2014, the festival went on an extended winter break.
In 2018, the Valdštejnské imaginárium team decided to revive the festival tradition, moving it from the Gothic castle to the unique baroque summer palace Valdštejnská lodžie in Jičín.
