George Camel, a Springtown teacher, struggles in vain not only to get his students' attention to Shakespeare's verse, but also to get the attention of the editor of the local magazine to the poems he writes. He'd also like to attract the attention of the society editor, Sabrina. Everything changes when he finds the dead body of Dr. Porter at his apartment door, poisoned by robbers for a million dollar check.
