Enjoy the concert in front of the Jablonec Town Hall on Friday 7 February at 8 pm! The traditional open-air event is dedicated to all competitors and fans of the Jizerská 50 cross-country ski race. This year you can expect a performance by one of the most interesting young rock bands of today. This Czech band prides itself on clear and meaningful Czech lyrics, enriched with life experiences that many listeners will easily identify with. The group is led by frontwoman Marie Dostálová, whose distinctive voice surrounded by the thick sound of electric guitars and uncompromising drums dominates this young five-piece. Another of the band's assets are the strong catchy choruses and youthful energy that pours from the stage at every concert. The band was founded in 2013 by siblings Jakub, Marie and Ondřej Dostál, hence JaMarOn. The sibling trio is completed by drummer Václav Hejda and bassist Filip Karlík.
The programme is also joined by ;Kino Radnice. On the same day at 5 pm, the Czech documentary Gabriela Soukalová will be screened: The Truth Still Pays.
