"This year's season will be really special, because we are returning to tours and events that we did not implement in the past years due to covid measures, or only to a limited extent. We also have a very rich accompanying programme for the year of Harrach; at Grabštejn, Lemberk and Sychrov we will commemorate the twenty years of the NPA's existence with a mass or a photographic exhibition. I firmly believe that this year's season will be a success and I wish visitors a wonderful experience at our monuments", comments Miloš Kadlec, director of the ÚPS in Sychrov, on the upcoming opening of the season. There are eight monuments in the Liberec region managed by the National Heritage Institute, with the Sychrov and Zákupy castles open all year round, but with closed gardens and shortened visiting hours. The gardens and parks, like other buildings, will be open on 1 April, while at Zákupy only the Winter Route will be accessible for the time being, in order to minimize temperature and humidity fluctuations. From April 29 to 16, the classic sightseeing tours will be open, whose interiors are among the best preserved across the monuments;

Liberec's castles and chateaux open their season on 1 April, with the year-round Sychrov and Zákupy also ready for news. This year's season is marked by the 20th anniversary of the National Heritage Institute and the 13th year of the project In the Footsteps of Noble Families, which focuses on the Harrach family.
