On Saturday, October 14th, the autumn weekend of the Crystal Valley will offer the launch of the children's book Z ohně a piassku from the publishing house Albatros. It will take place from 2 p.m. in the presence of the author Lucie Magašvári and will be accompanied by a workshop with making magical jewellery Sunday, October 15 will belong to the demonstration of lampwork beads, glass pins and small figurines by Kamila Parsi. On both days there will be discounted admission to the museum, adults for 80,- CZK, children free. The museum's opening hours during the Crystal Valley Weekend are exceptionally from 9 am to 5 pm. The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, the Liberec Region, the Statutory City of Jablonec nad Nisou and the Preciosa Foundation.

The traditional event with wandering around the sites in the Crystal Valley will take place on 14-15 October 2023. The Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou has prepared a varied programme for both days.
