Under the direction of Milan Weiner, the famous International Life Department of Czechoslovak Radio is staffed by courageous journalists, celebrities of their time, whose posters adorn the walls of many homes. Among the journalistic icons of the time, Jiří Dienstbier, Vera Št'ovíčková or Luboš Dobrovský, is the young Tomáš. Actually, it was a bit of a mistake, the editorial position was the dream of his younger brother Pavel. Until now, Tomáš has been mainly concerned with keeping them both safe. But he has no idea that the local editors are in the crosshairs of the secret services. They become even more interested in the activities of the newsroom when a recording is discovered, the broadcast of which could change the fate of many. Time is running out, tensions are rising, action is needed. Will Tomas become one of those who will go down in history, or will he protect an underage sibling, the last of his family after his parents' deaths?

In his most ambitious film yet, Jiří Mádl uncovers the real events of the time in a gripping spy thriller about the importance of family, the fight for freedom and one recording that could change the course of history. Vojtěch Vodochodský has been given the lead role, and the film also stars Stanislav Majer, Martin Hofmann, Vojtěch Kotek, Táňa Pauhofová and Marika Šoposká.
