TULIFEST was founded in 2014 as one of the many cultural and entertainment events of the TULIPAN Association with the aim of making emerging or amateur performers visible and trying to share the disabled and healthy society together. It is a musical competition without age and genre restrictions, in which healthy or disabled soloists or bands can enter.
