The brainchild of internationally acclaimed musician Scott Ibex, the Scott Ibex Trio offers a creative blend of neoclassical, Celtic, jazz and blues themes. This genre-blending performance received a prestigious debut at the Mandava Jazz Festival (2023) alongside renowned trumpeter Mike Krahl. The trio blends Ibex's solo acoustic fingerstyle and percussive guitarstep with original piano compositions. Stevie Ray Vaughn said: "You never play the same song twice." And so it is with this band, with Peter Smetana on saxophone, Ivan Paisrt Jr. on bass and Scott Ibex on guitar, piano and sometimes vocals, every show is a truly unique experience!
