William Tell sat in jail for 10 years. While the heads of his special division got off scot-free, William had to serve as the scapegoat. In his jail cell he learned the art of card-counting - perfectly. Once again in freedom, he travels from casino to casino. He bids low, not to draw attention to himself, and he wins. Along the way he meets La Linda and Cirk. As La Linda wants to advance the bids and increase the winnings, Cirk is pursuing a perfidious plan for revenge with its sights on William's former boss.
