On Thursday 28 September and Friday 29 September, the studio will host a creative workshop for families with children. They will make a nice decoration for a window or door similar to stained glass, which will stand out best in bright places. In English-speaking countries it is called a suncatcher. Let it catch the autumn sun rays for you too! The workshop will be open from 10 am to 5 pm on both days. On Thursday, September 28, admission is free for children under 18, adults pay a discounted admission fee, and on Friday, admission is included with regular museum admission. The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, the Liberec Region, the Statutory City of Jablonec nad Nisou and the Preciosa Foundation.

Autumn begins at the Museum of Glass and Costume Jewellery with St. Wenceslas Day, a family creation in the sign of warm autumn colours.
