Hotel Perla Jizery invites you this weekend 8.11. - 10.11.2024 to St.
The soups will be the traditional goose kaldoun, as an appetizer then goose liver on rosemary and red wine with herb butter and baguette, the main dishes will be plucked goose or duck, confit goose leg with red cabbage and a variation of dumplings, roast duck with cabbage and dumplings and as a complete novelty then goose or duck burger in our baked bun.
