Feisty and independent, Julia is a tech geek who thrives in hostile environments and uses every situation to her advantage. She has a knack for conning condescending men who think it's cute that she's interested in their used motorcycles - and who can't believe she's riding away with gleeful abandon. Her obsession with the fast-paced world of urban "rodeos" - illegal gatherings where motorcyclists show off their bikes and daredevil stunts - leads to a chance meeting with an unpredictable clique. Julia tries to prove herself to the ultra-masculine gang by running scams and errands for their imprisoned leader Dom.
