The Dixieland band "Old Boys" from Děčín has been a major force in its genre for more than three decades. They are all, without exception, top musicians and musical regional heroes. Over the years, the Old Boys have gained a large fan base on both the Czech and Saxon sides of the border.

Since the band was founded in 1992, the line-up has changed several times, but the desire to play good Dixieland has remained.

The group has already become an integral part of a number of cultural events, for example at the Dixieland Festival in Dresden, on cruises of the Saxon Steamship Company on the Elbe, musical evenings on the theater terrace of the Ore Mountains Theater in Teplice and, last but not least, at summer concerts in the rose garden of Děčín Castle. The castle in Hainewalde, which has been known for many years for the Dixieland Cafe, is now joining this chain and offers the old boys from Děčín an inspiring environment.
