Novecento (1900) - Alessandro Baricco

| City Theatre, Mladá Boleslav

Městské divadlo Mladá Boleslav

In the very early 1900s, an old sailor on an ocean liner found an infant in a lemon box. Apparently left there by some desperate third-class passenger. The foundling came to be called Lemon. On that huge ship, Citron discovered a piano in a first-class restaurant, sat down at it and dipped his hands into the white and black notes, and the legend of "Nineteen Hundred" was born. The legend of the miracle pianist. One actor, one outstanding pianist, an audience literally at your fingertips, and a great story shared together - these are the ingredients that make this production a not-to-be-missed experience. Performed on a small stage. Radim Madeja (Thalia Award 2025) and Jakub Šafr.

The riveting story of a brilliant pianist.
