Zdeněk Skalický: "I have about 40 songs. For some of the songs this will be their second public performance. In the 1980s and other years, besides singing rhythm songs in the church of St. Nicholas in Dolní Dobrouč, I also composed songs for the group Cínek and Co. and for people around me. I also devote myself to composing songs for celebrations of families and friends. I have about 100 of them. My wife Blanka helps in this composing. Some of these compositions are on melodies of well-known folk songs and words of my own or according to the wishes of the commissioners. Other compositions have my original music. I have also composed songs in recent years."

Zdeněk Skalický's original concert, consisting of his own compositions composed from 1969 to the present, takes place in the Archdeaconry on Sokolov Square. Admission is voluntary.
