Students of the Dreiländereck District Music School invite you to the New Year's Matinee on Sunday, January 19th at 11 a.m. in the Gerhart Hauptmann Theater in Zittau to start the new year together with music.
This year's concert begins with the "Carnival of the Animals" by Camille Saint-Saëns in the original line-up with two grand pianos. Young soloists and chamber music ensembles from the district music school then put on the rest of the musical program. The youth symphony orchestra "Grenzenlos" will then present itself in full force with a suite from "The Phantom of the Opera".
The orchestra is conducted by Dalibor Tuž.
