The main character of the film, a young ambitious economist, moves to the north of Bohemia in search of work. Here he meets the sons of the peculiar Grundza and eventually Grundza himself, the head of the family and a caring father. The unconventional group combines progressive economic practices and innovation with street knowledge and meth cooking know-how. Together they will take the family business to a whole new level. In the end, they will have to confront even the criminal gang of Reds to discover that family and friendship are the most important things.
