MIKE ROSS, six-time winner of the British Blues Awards, excellent guitarist and soulful singer, may come from the north-east of Great Britain, but the sources of his music lie somewhere in the wide Mississippi Delta, in the places where the blues was born. After diving into the roots of this genre, he began to write his own blues-rock compositions.

MIKE ROSS is not only known for ten highly successful albums and countless rousing concerts, but also for his combination of guitar virtuosity and a soulful voice that is simply captivating.

...And so music critics don't hold back on superlatives when they say "A wild and unbridled frontal attack, accompanied by gently gliding southern soul. Sexy!” or “Hypnotic blues that revels in dark menace.”

In addition to everything that has already been said, this also smells of the progressive quest of the seventies in some of the compositions. It is very full-fledged blues rock!

Ross's power is most evident on the concert stage. His charisma, borne of authenticity, is like a surf that floods the audience in the first few songs.
