Blunt but with her heart in the right spot, that's how the original Berliner Schnauze Claire Waldoff, the cabaret star with a saucy tongue and scratchy voice par excellence, appears to us. But her trademark was not her nice legs or her slim figure: the triumphant success of the brat with the red bob, who liked to appear in men's clothes, is due to her cheekiness, emancipation, directness and friendship. Look forward to musical encounters with the people who, because of their political, social or personal attitudes, had to fight for their lives and art against the inhuman regimes of the early 20th century: Tucholsky, Holländer, Bry, W.+W. Kollo, Zille and of course Claire Waldoff, in "our" Milljöh.
