Hits from the 50s and 60s

LOLLIPOP is an expression of musical joie de vivre and a way of life that leaves the past behind and combines curiosity with new ways of life; a symbiosis of attitudes to life and music that stood and stands for new beginnings.

Rock 'n' roll, America's most popular music of the 1950s and 1960s, quickly spilled over into Europe and conquered the entertainment-starved, rebellious post-war youth. People enjoyed the hard beat in 4/¬4 time in a petticoat or with a quiff which was so completely different from the rhythms we were used to.

Nobody wanted to lose touch. The fashion industry came out on top and swept other industries along. The Lolli was born - a concept to this day. Dance clubs saw the light of day and this new rhythm, whether in the nightclub or the dance bar, this style of music captured the hearts of millions.

In the LOLLIPOP concert, 5 smart musicians bring not only the hits of Bill Haley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Fats Domino or Chuck Berry to life with irrepressible joy of playing, but also German-language classics by Peter Kraus, Gus Backus, Drafi Deutscher or Connie Francis come alive on stage . The magic of the hot rhythms also spills over into the last row of theatres.

Immerse yourself in the musical joie de vivre of the crazy 50s and 60s!

It has never been more relevant than TODAY!

Come in and let's "Shake, Rattle & Roll" !!!‎
