The exhibition will be based on photographs, projection of digital models and large format media of key information. It will be supplemented with selected products of old Liberec factories to reveal to the visitor the vanished world of industry in the present-day administrative centre of the Liberec Region - the city of Liberec.
The forthcoming exhibition will show a similar transformation, where a sleepy town became the Manchester of North Bohemia thanks to textiles. This was accompanied by a wave of engineering production that built up during the Second World War, so that in the second half of the 20th century Liberec became a textile centre once again.
