There will be a number of games and competitions for the children to take home a little something from, as well as fun attractions led by inflatable rides. Just like last year, children will be able to ride in a garbage truck, on scooters or in special garbage forms.For the first time ever, the event will include an expert analysis of mixed municipal waste from selected areas of Liberec, where visitors can see what actually ends up in the black bins.

On Wednesday 11 September, the traditional Children's Waste Day will take place in the park above the Market Square near Budyšínská Street. In the form of games and various quizzes, children and adults will be invited to individual stalls to explain why it is important to sort waste, how to dispose of the sorted waste and what can be made from it again.
