When the musicians of the Danube came together years later for the filming of the film Danube of Consciousness, they found again the chemistry that had previously united them. A spark jumped, and the group decided to reactivate. And with the line-up that had seen the most success. Only Jiří Kolšovský was missing, and the rest of the band took over his singing parts. The backbone of the performance consisted at first mainly of songs from the strongest period of the Danube (Dudlay), gradually completely new songs based on the best traditions of the Danube were included, which eventually resulted in the new album Dunaj Za vodou. The Brno band Dunaj released a new studio album Za vodou after 26 years. Dunaj is coming to the stage with a new program, in which they will present songs from this album, but of course there will also be the tried and tested "Dunaj songs". The music group Dunaj was part of the Brno alternative scene in the 80s and 90s. In 2018, it resumed its activity and currently performs with original and new repertoire.
