The original formation was an all-girl trio of pure youthful voices that, as they gained age and the moss and peat of the northern mountain wetlands, added more members to their ranks, but the band name remained intact. The current formation features three voices of dubious timbre and pitch, as well as electric guitar, bass guitar, arrhythmic drum kit and violin.
