The event marks the International Day of Animals, which the world commemorates on 4 October on the feast of St Francis of Assisi, considered the protector and patron saint of all animals. The Liberec zoo will celebrate it just one day later. On the first Saturday in October, visitors young and old will enjoy a walk through the garden with quizzes, games, puzzles and art workshops. The aim is to present interesting facts from the world of animals in a fun way.
