The Liberec Zoo is a long-standing partner of the non-profit organization Save-elephants, which has been committed to saving African elephants since 2012;
The event will ake place on the occasion of International Elephant Day. On this day, visitors to the Liberec Zoo have the opportunity to learn about this endangered species and projects to save it. If the situation of the elephants allows it, there will also be a meeting with the keepers of the Liberec elephant Bala at the event.
