The traditional event organized in cooperation with the Centre for Environmental Education of the Bohemian Paradise in Sedmihorky will present the UNESCO Bohemian Paradise Geopark, the only UNESCO Geopark in the Czech Republic, and its geological phenomena at 14 sites. Visitors can try their hand at, for example, garnet panning, grinding grain on a stone mill, making jewellery from stone, getting to know the rocks and minerals of Bohemian Paradise, cutting gems and other activities. In the evening there will be a lecture by a geologist about the exceptional geodiversity of this geopark. The event is suitable not only for families with children.
