A summer evening in the rhythms of Astor Piazzola's Argentine tango performed by Daniel Matejci on violin and Martin Šulc on accordion. Enjoy a summer evening with an extraordinary musical experience and talented young musicians. Daniel Matejča started playing the violin at the age of 4 under the guidance of his mother Olesia Voličková. He then joined the class of Prof. Ivan Straus, with whom he still studies today. In 2022 he won the Eurovision competition for young musicians in Montpellier. In the same year he recorded the album 6 Ysaÿe Sonatas for Supraphon. Together with pianist Jan Schulmeister, he won the Concertino Praga competition in 2023 in the chamber category. In 2024, he was included by Forbes magazine in the 30 Under 30 Project, which showcases a new generation of extraordinary women and men under 30. He performs mainly in Europe - France, Italy, Poland, Germany, Austria, but also elsewhere in the world - UAE, Turkey, Singapore, Japan and others. Martin Šulc has won many awards at national and international accordion competitions. His successes were then highlighted at the Prague Conservatory, where he became a laureate of competitions such as Alcobaca in Portugal and a video competition in New Zealand. He also became a multiple winner of the Masters category at the national accordion competition in Dobřany. He participated in the Virtuosos V4+ television competition show, whose patron is Maestro Placido Domingo and in which he was the winner for the Czech Republic. Last year he was among the 23 best students of the world's conservatories and universities in the competition organised by the Societa Umanitaria association in Milan. He has played with the best performers in the Czech Republic, such as Václav Hudeček, Jaroslav Svěcený, Petr Nouzovský, Pavel Šporcl... Admission from 1st to 5th row.
