The Herb Workshop for the public is a great opportunity to reconnect with nature and learn how to use its gifts for our health and well-being. Participants have the opportunity to build their own herbal apothecary, which will include dried herbs and preparations made during the workshop. They will learn how to properly harvest, dry and store herbs to preserve their medicinal properties. The workshop includes hands-on demonstrations and instructions for making herbal teas, tinctures, salves and other natural remedies. This interactive experience will not only enrich your knowledge of medicinal plants, but also promote a sustainable lifestyle and respect for nature. The warm family atmosphere of the premises at the Bethlehem of Christopher's Valley will add the necessary relaxing vibe to the whole workshop. During 2025 we have a series of herbal workshops for you to build your own herbal pharmacy.
