"when we / crossed the border / the borders of the earth / are beaten inward" wrote the lyricist and hymn poet Wilhelm Willms in the 1970s. This is an unusual image, but it immediately brings to mind the drastic crises and challenges of the present. People cross borders again and again in their lives, both outer and inner ones. This is what Susanne Stock and Annika Hein have traced in a creative dialogue in designing the program of the 6th Castle Concert of the Festival at Gröditz Castle.
