On Friday, there will be a star making session with glass beads and wires and the lobby will be alive with the traditional and popular decorating of glass Christmas decorations with GOJA. On Saturday, visitors can expect the making of beaded cherubs, and an interesting and different design workshop will be held for the first time in the museum by Glassor. The company will bring with it unusual shapes of ornaments and an experienced painter will demonstrate hand painting of Christmas symbols and own names on request. The museum's opening hours in December are Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm. The museum is open daily during the Christmas holidays, and is only closed on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. For more information on the programme, visit www.msb-jablonec.cz. For several years now, the end of the year at the Museum of Glass and Costume Jewellery has been associated with Christmas creation. This year, due to the celebration of 120 years of the museum's foundation, it is even spread over two days. Each will offer a slightly different programme.
