Lecture by historian Jiří Zoul Sajbt The lecture will be devoted to the changes in agricultural and craft production during the Middle Ages and early modern period, which took place despite the frequent feeling and numerous efforts of contemporary people to keep reality constant. Although often very slowly, the world was still evolving, and it is this progress, which laid the foundations for industrial production and thus for modern society, that we will try to approach in this meeting.
