Previous sporadic searches had always uncovered fragments of Cimrman's legacy, so it was necessary to search Liptákov on a solid scientific basis. And it paid off. After several weeks of searching, two previously unknown Cimrman plays were discovered, among other things.
namely 'The Messenger of Light' and 'The Visionary'. The former is a science fiction play that presciently warns against the development of science and technology at the expense of the soul, while the latter anticipates not only the outbreak of World War I, but also the process of collectivisation of agriculture and nationalisation of industry.
